Booking & Payments

All bookings must be made in advance through call, WhatsApp, or email. A minimum of a 1-hour slot is required for booking. Full payment must be made before or at the start of the session. Bookings are confirmed only after payment or deposit acknowledgment. Any extension beyond the booked time will be charged on an hourly basis.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours before the session will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 12 hours of the booked slot. Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to studio availability. Refunds are not applicable for no-shows or late arrivals.

Studio Usage Policy

The studio is to be used strictly for professional recording, shooting, or content creation purposes. Any damage to property, equipment, or setup must be compensated in full. Users must maintain cleanliness and respect the studio environment. Food and beverages are allowed only in designated areas. Smoking, alcohol, and prohibited substances are strictly not permitted inside the studio.

Equipment & Technical Support

Our team will provide technical support for camera, lighting, and audio setup. Equipment must not be moved or tampered with without prior approval. Any malfunction or issue must be reported immediately. Personal or external equipment may be used only with management permission.

Privacy & Content Rights

Scrollywood Studios respects your privacy — your content remains confidential. With your consent, behind-the-scenes clips or photos may be used for promotional purposes. The studio is under CCTV surveillance for safety and security.

Liability Disclaimer

Scrollywood Studios is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or external equipment. Clients are responsible for their guests, team members, and items during the session. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as power outages or natural events.

Add-on Services (The Crown Media)

Editing, grading, and posting services provided by The Crown Media are billed separately. Once post-production work begins, no refunds will be provided for service cancellations.

Studio Conduct

We maintain a respectful and professional studio environment. Abusive behavior, harassment, or damage to property will lead to immediate session termination. Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.

Changes to Terms

Scrollywood Studios may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with the latest revision date.
